COL_RES ESRs<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The network will provide state-of-the-art training for 8 PhD students: Early Stage Researchers (ESRs). The ESRs will be recruited for a duration of 36 months. Each ESR position in COL_RES allows the researcher to work towards a PhD at one of our six academic institutions. Consortium<\/a>. Every ESR will work on an independent research project with an allied training programme. ESRs may each undertake two periods of secondment to other academic or industry institutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR1: Microbiota & Citrobacter rodentium<\/em><\/strong>: Audrey Peters<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR2: Microbiota & Listeria monocytogenes<\/em><\/strong>: Monica Cazzaniga<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR3: Microbiota & Campylobacter jejuni<\/em><\/strong>: Nizar Shayya<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR4: Microbiota & Salmonella <\/em>Typhimurium<\/strong>: Mathias Herzog<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR5: Microbiota & E. coli <\/em>(EHEC)<\/strong>: Deborah O’ Sullivan<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR6: Gut phage & infection<\/strong>: Hiba Shareefdeen<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR7: Metabolomics for microbiome studies<\/strong>: Trisha Arora<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESR8: Machine-learning & multiomics<\/strong>: Kardokh Kaka Bra<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
