Well done to our ESRs who presented posters at the FEMS 2023 conference in Hamburg July 2023.

A successful in-person network meeting was had on 11th July with great presentations given by ESRs together with important planning for phase 2 of the project.

Research Webinar 4 : June 7th presentation from Dr Xavier Domingo-Almenara on Metabolomics and what it can do followed by updates from ESRs Kardokh, Trisha, Audrey and Monica.

Research Webinar 3 : Our second research webinar of 2022 took place on 15th March. Prof Markus Heimesaat gave an excellent presentation on his work on Campylobacter. This was followed by a 10 minute presentation on progress update from each ESR.

Research Webinar 2 Our first research webinar of 2022 took place on Tuesday 18th January. Dr Cormac Gahan gave a presentation on the influence of diet on Listeria infection. We also heard from each of the ESRs about their background, research area and why the area of research is important to them. Each ESR presented on their project objectives, work done to date and their plans for the year ahead.
